rsgltzyd 17a4dbd8a7 refactor: 优化 RouterProvider 组件的数据加载逻辑 
- 使用批量获取方法 `getMany` 替代多个单独的 `get` 调用，简化数据加载过程。
- 更新 `loadInitialData` 函数，确保从存储中获取的默认值更为一致。
- 修改测试用例以验证批量获取的功能，确保组件在不同情况下的正确性。

雨霖铃 d38bafe237 refactor: 统一中文文案并简化组件结构，提升代码可读性 
移除 chrome.i18n 后，将各功能页面、布局与工具模块的 UI 文案改为内联中文；
删除冗余注释与过度抽象（如 ToolCard、StatCard），精简 props 与状态管理；
同步优化 JsonTools、StorageCleaner、Timestamp、TestDataGenerator、Dashboard、
Base64Converter、RightClickRestorer、TextStatistics、TopBar、RouterProvider、
ThemeModeProvider 及生成器库与 utils 工具文件。

雨霖铃 bf06b61f10 fix(RouterProvider): 修复初始加载状态逻辑，确保在加载前不覆盖 chrome.storage 
- 将 isLoaded 的初始状态设置为 false，避免在加载初始数据前错误地覆盖存储。
- 新增测试用例，验证在 localStorage 快照过期时，loadInitialData 完成前不应覆盖 chrome.storage 的行为。

雨霖铃 47d74f999e refactor(RouterProvider, chromeStorage, useContextMenuData): 更新存储获取逻辑以移除默认值参数 
- 在 RouterProvider 和 useContextMenuData 中更新对 storageUtil.get 的调用，移除默认值参数，简化逻辑。
- 修改 chromeStorage 中的 get 方法签名，确保在没有默认值时返回可选类型，并添加相应的单元测试以验证类型推断。

雨霖铃 8f9ff27034 fix(RouterProvider): 将 goBack 重命名为 goHome，修复跨窗同步 merge 不一致 
API 命名与实际行为（返回 dashboard）对齐；storage.onChanged 同步 visiblePages/pageOrder 时应用 mergeWithDefaults，与初始化逻辑保持一致。
