feat: 替换项目图标为自定义 logo

- 替换 public/icon/ 目录下所有 PNG 图标文件为新 logo
- 删除 public/wxt.svg（不再需要）
- 在 wxt.config.ts 中添加 icons 和 default_icon 配置
- 更新 public/README.md 文档
