refactor(qrcode): 引入通用组件并重构双栏布局

- 引入 SwitchButtonGroup 用于模式切换
- 引入 TextInputArea 用于文本输入和结果展示
- 使用 MUI Grid 构建响应式双栏布局
- 实现 generate/parse 模式下的左右面板内容切换
- 修复 iconColor 颜色格式错误,使用 qrCodePageStyles.primaryColor
