refactor: 更新功能键名称并移除 README 文件

- 将功能键 'jsonDiff' 更新为 'jsonTools'，以更准确地反映其功能。
- 删除不再使用的 README.md 文件，清理项目结构。
- 更新相关测试用例以反映功能键名称的变化。
