merge: 合并 feature-context-menu 分支

功能特性:
- 右键菜单支持选中文本/图片触发对应工具
- 支持 JWT 解析、Base64 解码、文本统计、时间戳转换
- 网页链接转二维码
- popup/sidepanel 双入口支持
- 智能识别输入类型自动转换

修复:
- 时区硬编码问题
- openPopup 失败后数据残留
- 统一数据过期时间常量
- 类型断言安全性改进
