refactor(timestamp): migrate pageTheme constants to Timestamp feature

Browse Source 
Remove config/pageTheme.ts and move DATE_FORMAT, ZONES, UnitType, ZoneType
to pages/Timestamp/constants.ts for better feature cohesion.
