Subject: [PATCH] docs: update AGENTS.md outdated info

- Remove non-existent config/pageTheme.ts and config/theme.ts
- Update style guide from MUI sx to Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui
- Replace MUI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui in tech stack
