- 合并 idf.openOcdConfigs 为单行格式
- 更新 idf.pythonInstallPath 为 idf.pythonBinPathWin
- 添加 idf.toolsPath 和 ESP_IDF_VERSION 变量
- 修改 clangd.path 以指向新的工具路径
- 更新 compile-commands-dir 路径以反映新的工作目录
